RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

This Return and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the Elite Cleaning Depot website.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN
Customers in the United States have the right to return a product within 14 days of receipt, subject to the conditions below.

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All labels and tags must be attached.
  • A receipt or order confirmation is required.

RETURN PROCESS

  • Initiating a Return:
    Contact Customer Service by emailing support@elitecleaningdepot.com or calling 970-535-8174 within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return. You will receive return authorization instructions and, if applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
  • Preparing Your Return:
    Use the original packaging and include all accessories, manuals, and free gifts. Attach the return authorization form and any supporting documents. Print and affix the provided shipping label to the package.
  • Shipping the Return:
    Ship your return within 7 days using a trackable shipping method.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

SPECIFIC RETURN AND REFUND CONDITIONS

  • Returns Due to Change of Mind:
    - Items must be unused and in original packaging.
    - Return request must be made within 14 days of receipt.
    - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any restocking fees.
  • Defective or Damaged Goods:
    - Contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photos/videos.
    - We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
  • Incorrect Product Received:
    - Inform us immediately, and we will arrange a free return and send the correct product.
  • Product Never Arrived:
    - Contact us if your product does not arrive within the estimated time. If confirmed lost, we will issue a full refund or replacement.
  • Order Cancellation:
    - Before Shipment: Full refund available.
    - After Shipment: Follow the return process after delivery.

REFUNDS

  • Refund Conditions:
    Refunds are issued after we receive and inspect the return. You will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund Processing:
    Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. It may take up to 14 days, depending on your bank.
  • Partial Refunds:
    Partial refunds may apply if items are not in original condition or if they are returned after the allowed time frame.

EXCHANGES
We replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. To request an exchange, contact support@elitecleaningdepot.com.

  • Shipping costs are covered for defective/incorrect items.
  • For exchanges due to change of mind, shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

TIMELINES

  • Returns must be reported and shipped within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the return.
